1230 Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 1230 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1230 platform — available via https://1230.click or its associated mobile application — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must refrain from using the 1230 platform.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and paying users. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms. 1230 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and notice of changes will be provided via the platform or registered email.
The 1230 platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that use of this service is lawful in your location.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1230 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 1230 will not be held liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 1230 support team immediately at [email protected].
- Accounts must be registered using your full legal name as it appears on your official identification document.
- One phone number and one email address may only be linked to one account.
- Users must keep their personal information up to date whenever any changes occur.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 1230 platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law or that could harm the interests of the platform or other users. Specifically prohibited activities include:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to manipulate games or the betting system.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate the system, including through collusive betting strategies.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or disruptive to other users.
1230 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the 1230 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including FPX (instant bank transfer), TNG eWallet, and supported online banking options. All accepted payment methods will be displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Withdrawals are processed within one to three business days, subject to successful identity verification. 1230 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing withdrawals for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are shown in the deposits section of the platform and may vary depending on the payment method selected. If there is any discrepancy in a transaction amount, users must report the issue to the support team within 48 hours of the transaction. Claims raised after this period may not be processable.
- 1230 does not charge any hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
- Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be stated separately.
- Funds held in your account do not earn interest.
Liability Limits and Account Closure
The 1230 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or fully secure against external threats at all times. To the extent permitted by law, 1230 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of account funds due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
1230 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- The user has breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Activity suspected of fraud, money laundering, or game manipulation is detected.
- The user is found to have provided false or misleading registration information.
- Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
- Account closure requested by the user themselves.
If an account is closed due to a violation, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. For voluntary closures or closures due to inactivity, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of identity verification.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
All content on the 1230 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, icons, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1230 or its relevant third-party licensors. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 1230.
The 1230 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. The presence of such links does not imply that 1230 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Use of any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
1230 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussions. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
